At the Great School Trust’s Institute of People, Character & Leadership, we believe that teachers and support staff hold the key to the future both directly and indirectly. This is why we invest so heavily in ensuring they have the best training and support before and after qualifying.
We deliver a Teacher Training Route which allows our trainees to access the Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) whilst also gaining Qualified Teacher Status.
We also offer an apprenticeship programme which is an employment route. This offers full mentoring and support whilst working towards leading the classroom at an early stage in the programme.
